1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HookSense ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HookSense provides webhook inspection, debugging, and replay tools for developers. The Service includes a web application, API endpoints, and a command-line interface (CLI).

3. Accounts

You may create an account using GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code through webhook endpoints
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data without consent
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data Retention

Webhook data is retained according to your plan's retention period. Free plans retain data for 7 days. Paid plans retain data for 14 to 90 days depending on the tier. Data is permanently deleted after the retention period expires.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Plan changes take effect immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HookSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
