New webhooks are rejected with a 429 status until the limit resets the next day — your existing captured data stays safe. There are no metered overage charges: you will never receive an unexpected bill for going over your limit. Upgrade any time for higher limits, or wait for the counter to roll over at midnight UTC.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period — you keep every paid feature until then, then drop to the new plan. No mid-month prorated refunds, but you also won't lose time you've already paid for.
Core features like real-time streaming, replay, and provider detection are on every plan — including free. Premium features (custom URLs, HMAC verification, 30+ day retention, custom domains) require Hook or Sense. We offer a 14-day full refund if they don't fit your workflow.
